Through decades of experience in the airport food and beverage industry Diana developed a strong record of fiscally sound, customer friendly food and beverage management. After moving into the airport food service business in 1988, Diana Wilner realized the importance of – and opportunity for - specialized professional concession management that knows how to perform well amid the security minded, customer service environment of today's busy airports. Skilled at working with the public, managing schedules and menus, contracting with vendors, and meeting the staff challenges that exist in airports, Diana founded Grace Concessions, LLC ("Grace".)

Diana's experience in restaurant management, multi-unit restaurant management, and as a food and beverage director in the hospitality industry provides her with the understanding of the needs of customers, staff, owners, and airport management alike. Her success comes through recognizing and meeting the diverse and sophisticated needs of both today's airports and today's air travelers. Diana's impressive attention to customer service, restaurant cleanliness, and her stellar back of the house operational management has made her a favorite of the passengers, master concessionaires, and airport authorities throughout the region.
